Your involvement requires that we document certain information. Below are several of the forms that you may be required to fill out in order to increase your involvement at MGA. Over time we hope to be able to post registrations for events, as well as regular documentation for you to download, fill in and print out. MGA falls under the Personal Information Privacy Act (PIPA), which regulates the manner in which we handle the private information you provide us with. For more information on these regulations please download the information pamphlet here.
