Young Adults
A community of post secondary to age 30 adults. Small groups meet weekly for study and prayer, and regularly for group activities and events. This ministry exists to connect young adults to the vision of MGA, allowing them to build a relevant community of worship, outreach, discipleship and evangelism.
Men’s Ministries – A Definition & Commission
One might wonder how men’s ministry is any different from a woman’s ministry or for that matter, any kind of ministry. After all, it would seem that ministry, if done in service for the Lord, is all the same regardless of the gender, age, or race of the individual serving.
At MGA we see “Men’s Ministry” as the active pursuit of men in order to connect them to God, His Word, and other men for the purpose of winning, growing, and training God’s man in Christ.
The mission of men’s ministry is to provide men with resources to develop godly character and to equip them to influence their world for Christ. This is not about religion, it is about relationships, with the “Father” & with others.
Becoming a Christian is not a destination; it is the beginning of a life-long journey.
Men’s ministry will endeavor to provide a monthly activity, service or social for the purpose of connecting & fellowship.
Women’s Ministries (WOW)
WOW Women (Women of Worship, Word & Wonder) are hosted monthly. Heart 2 Heart Women’s Bible Study – Two weekly options beginning January 12th, 2010. Tuesdays 9-11am OR 7-9pm. Joyce Meyer: Love Revolution DVD series. Purchase your book at the Missing Peace. (Childcare available during morning option)
Single Adults
A community for adults aged 30 – 49 to connect with other single adults. Meet the 2nd and 3rd Tuesday of every month for bible study and monthly for a planned social event. Contact Michele for more info!
Young Marrieds
This ministry is for all young married couples wanting to connect with other couples.
Fifty Plus
A ministry of faith and fellowship for those who are 50 years of age and over.
Celebrate Recovery
Freedom from your hurts, hang-ups, and habits. Eight recovery principles based on the beattitudes. Join us weekly on Tuesdays beginning Sept. 22nd. Attend the AM or the PM option.
Thursday Night Table Talk (TNT)
Anticipated for September 2009 is a new night of ‘Dinner on Purpose’ (Adult Oriented). Consisting of four 6 week session on the following considered topics;
- Absolutes Of Our Faith/The Kingdom Of God – (September & October)
- Relationships And A Godly Family – (November & December)
- Finances God’s Way- (January & February)
- Life Leaks – Use The Opportunities – ( March & April)

Continuing Care
This ministry provides a Sunday service for seniors on the fourth floor of the local hospital on the Sundays scheduled for MGA.
Chinese-Mandarin Fellowship
Meets monthly for food and fellowship in the Mandarin language. Bibles printed in Mandarin are available.
Filipino Fellowship
Meets frequently for prayer, worship, home groups, and social gatherings.
