Bulletin – March 14th
Thank you to all who contributed to the Jamaica mission this past Sunday. We have received a total of $2,255.00 thus far. In addition to the $10,000.00 required for the April trip, we will need a total of $16,000 for the second mission in July.These funds will be used to refurbish some of the churches after the hurricanes that struck their island in the past 3 years. For those who may be interested in registering for the second mission, you may obtain an information and application form from the church office. Following your careful reading of the information and the completion of your application, the process will be started towards your possible acceptance on the mission.
Thank you for your prayers for the Gidge family regarding the passing of Eileen Manning, who was a member of this church for several years. Do continue to pray for the Wimbleton family, and all the families in this community who have lost loved ones recently.
I wish to thank Karen Boldt for her faithful service as my assistant for these past 3.5 years. Karen’s last day in the office was this past Friday. We wish her and Mike well as they take some time for family. They will continue to play an active role in this church family. I am happy to report that Elizabeth (Liz) Cheetham has accepted the role as my interim Personal Assistant. Liz is willing to serve in this role until such a time as we obtain a permanent person for this ministry. Welcome Liz, and thanks to God for all He does!
